hey!  Let's make pizza!

Can certified GF pizza dough taste this amazing?  Especially if it's soy-free, dairy-free and vegan?  The answer is yes.  It can.  We created our gluten-free dough out of our popular dry pizza crust mix into a fresh, easy-to-use, dough that's ready to pop right into the oven.  Adorn it with your favorite toppings, bake to perfection, and enjoy!  Don't forget to try it as a breadstick or focaccia!  Yum!

3 steps to the perfect pizza:
  1. ​Roll dough between two pieces of parchment paper.
  2. Let rise for 30 min while pizza stone/baking sheet is preheating.
  3. Bake for 5 min, add your favorite toppings, bake until done.  
​Ingredients:  ​Flour Blend (Tapioca Flour, Stone Ground White and Brown Rice Flours, Sea Salt), Water, Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Organic Cane Sugar, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Yeast, Flax Meal.  
​Allergen Statement: Manufactured in a facility that use tree nuts, soy, and milk.

​Just used the New Seasons (made by Kembers) dough ball to make breadsticks.  Oh. My. Gosh.

I was born in NY and have my ideal of what pizza is supposed to be, that has rarely been fulfilled on the West coast, even gluten-full.
The last good pie I ate, as we call it in NY, was in 1993. Of course this is the last gluten I ever ate due to the, *ahem*, possible overindulgence... Dx soon thereafter. But the New Seasons frozen GF pizza crust is pretty dang close - especially if you don't over bake it like the local pizza joints do-into the shards of crust that slice open your mouth and leave wounds for days...I like a little chew. I would have taken a photo but we gobbled it up so fast, groaning the entire time. A friend who is a gluten eater, claimed it was one of the best pizzas he had ever had. Yum
