Crepes what can I say great with most anything honey, strawberries, cheese, peanut butter… This mix is fantastic the bag says 1 batch is about 10 I always get more than that from each batch I don’t make them very big, great flavor, texture and best of all if you use eggs it doesn’t take almost a dozen like most recipes call for, there is a egg free option also. Besides donuts(which Kembers mix is also great) crepes are the best and the thing I really missed going gluten free and this is the best mix for crepes and easy to make.
